During an initial consultation the practitioner will spend 60 minutes on an extensive case taking and physical examination relevant to your presenting complaint followed by a treatment plan and prescription that include herbal medicine, nutritional supplement, nutritional assessment and dietary plan as well as lifestyle recommendation and coaching.
