A complimentary 15-minute discovery call provides an opportunity to discuss what you are seeking support with and ask questions about our approach. This introductory conversation does not include a clinical assessment or treatment plan.
Your initial consultation lasts 60–75 minutes. We explore your presenting concerns, health history, nutrition, lifestyle, current medicines and supplements, and any relevant pathology reports.
Together, we establish your priorities and develop an individualised care plan. Recommendations are explained and tailored to your circumstances, with follow-up appointments providing time to review your progress and make adjustments.
For those seeking continuity of care, the Ital Naturopathic Care Journey includes four consultations over approximately 12 weeks:
• One initial naturopathic consultation.
• One standard follow-up.
• One extended follow-up.
• One final progress review, including relevant functional and general pathology results where available.
Your individualised care plan is reviewed and adjusted during these consultations. Your first booking reserves the initial appointment; the remaining dates are arranged together as your care progresses.

Your confirmation email contains appointment details and preparation instructions. New clients should complete the intake form before attending and provide any relevant pathology reports.
Please include your current medicines, supplements and known allergies. For telehealth appointments, choose a private, quiet location with a reliable internet connection.
Paid consultations require payment in advance. Please follow the payment instructions provided when booking.
Consultation fees do not include herbal medicines, supplements, laboratory testing or postage. Any additional recommendations and associated costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.
The Care Journey includes the review of relevant pathology results; laboratory testing fees and consultations outside the package are charged separately.
Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late changes incur a fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
